Important Update to Package Expiration Policy

Dear Wag’n World Family,

At Wag’n World, we are always working to provide the best care for your pups while keeping our business sustainable so we can continue serving our community for years to come. We want to share an important update to our daycare and boarding packages.

What’s Changing:
Starting September 15, 2025, all NEW packages purchased will include an expiration period:

Daycare Packages: Valid for 90 days (3 months) from the purchase date 

Boarding Packages: Valid for 180 days (6 months) from the purchase date

 This change will help us better plan and forecast our daily, weekly, and monthly operations, and it encourages families to take full advantage of the savings and benefits of their packages. This new policy will be applied to all 5, 10, 20, and 30 day packages.

What’s Not Changing:

Any current packages purchased before September 15, 2025 will remain exactly as they are today. No expiration dates will be added. You can continue to use them at your own pace.

Our commitment to transparency, quality care, and open communication with you remains the same.

We understand this is a shift from how things have been, but this is a fair and necessary step to ensure Wag’n World can keep delivering the safe, loving, and professional care your pups deserve.
