Important before they play

Safety information, without the extra speech.

Open each topic for the policies and expectations every Wag'n World parent should understand.

Open-play benefits + risks

Supervised open play supports exercise, confidence, socialization, and mental stimulation. Shared dog environments also carry normal risks.

  • Possible illness or parasite transmission, including kennel cough
  • Minor scratches, broken nails, or sore paw pads
  • Possible grooming nicks when coats are heavily matted
Our safety standards

Wag'n World combines vaccine verification with supervised groups and structured daily care.

  • Vaccines reviewed before approval
  • Daily cleaning and sanitizing
  • Groups managed by size, comfort, energy, and play style
  • Trained handlers guiding interactions in real time
Behavior + group approval

Not every dog is comfortable in open play, and that is okay. Safety concerns may prevent or end group participation.

  • Fearfulness, snapping, aggression, resource guarding, or repeat mounting may affect approval
  • Redirection may include lead breaks, short kennel time-outs, or removal from play
  • Parents are notified when a dog cannot safely remain in group

The Wag'n World evaluation

Managed introductions. Safer placement.

Your dog is carefully introduced, observed, and guided—not simply placed into an uncontrolled room.

What our handlers assess

Temperament, confidence, comfort, energy, behavior, play style, and your dog's ability to participate safely in a supervised group.

What thoughtful placement means

  • Careful observation before and during group participation
  • Placement based on behavior, comfort, energy, and play style
  • Constant supervision and real-time guidance
  • Parent notification when group play is not the right fit

The safety of every dog and team member remains our first priority.
