Rebecca Gordon - Bella and Jack - 08/27/2025
At Wag’n World, we believe in transparency, professionalism, and open communication. While we’re saddened to see this review, we want future clients to know exactly how we handled this situation.
Here are the facts:
Every client signs a Pet Owner Agreement acknowledging the risks of social, cage-free play.
All incidents in this case involved the client’s own sibling dogs playing with each other and last incident with Bella and another pup, under supervision and with proper handler-to-dog ratios in place.
Our team provided extensive communication, emails, texts, videos, and offers for constructive meetings — to explain what occurred and how we responded. Despite these efforts, the client declined to engage constructively. Please see all links below especially “Final Correspondence”
When it became clear that there was no mutual trust, we issued a refund on 8/26/25 and closed the account.
We never take lightly when any dog is hurt, it pains us too. But we stand by our integrity, our safety protocols, and our commitment to transparency. There is a reason we save every email, text, and conversation: to ensure that all communication is documented clearly and fairly.
For future clients reading this: please remember that review platforms can sometimes be used by upset individuals to retaliate when they do not want to take responsibility for their own actions, or in this case, their pups’ actions during social play. That’s why we always keep records, not to argue, but to maintain accountability and provide clarity.
Hundreds of families trust Wag’n World every week because they see the care, professionalism, and honesty we put into everything we do. While we know we won’t be the right fit for everyone, we will always treat people — and their pups — with fairness, transparency, and respect.
