Ready to enroll your dog at Wag’n World? Use these shortcuts to review the Pet Owner Agreement, learn the portal, view dog cams, or keep your invite code handy before your pup’s first day.
Dog daycare, boarding, and grooming enrollment starts with a safe first-day evaluation.
Before joining Daycare or Boarding at Wag’n World, every pup must pass an Evaluation. Evaluations are available Monday-Saturday and must be scheduled by our staff after your profile is completed and current vaccine records are uploaded. This helps us introduce your dog safely, understand their comfort level, and place them in the right environment.
Enrollment is completed through the Wag’n World Gingr customer portal.
Three simple steps before your dog’s daycare or boarding evaluation.
Wag’n World makes the new customer process clear, organized, and safety-focused so Houston pet parents know exactly what is needed before their pup’s first visit.
Vaccine, age, and spay/neuter requirements for Wag’n World enrollment.
Please review these requirements before scheduling your pup’s evaluation. Keeping records current helps us maintain a safer dog daycare, boarding, and grooming environment for every guest.
Required vaccines
Bordetella, Distemper/Parvo (DHLPP), and Rabies vaccinations are required. Wag’n World accepts both 6 month and 1 year Bordetella vaccinations.
What your records must show
The vaccination document must display the dog’s name and the due dates for their next vaccinations. Pet parents are responsible for keeping records current and uploading proof to their Gingr profile.
Age and sterilization policy
No dogs over 7 months of age will be permitted entry to Daycare or Boarding unless they have been spayed or neutered. All dogs must be at least 15 weeks old with all puppy vaccines completed.
Structured play, trained handlers, and safer group experiences.
At Wag’n World, your dog isn’t just placed into a room, they are carefully introduced, observed, and guided. Our evaluation process allows our trained team to understand your dog’s temperament, confidence level, comfort level, behavior, and play style so they can be placed in the safest, most comfortable environment possible.
Actively managed play, not uncontrolled chaos
Unlike dog parks and other unstructured socialization scenarios, Wag’n World uses trained dog handlers to consistently manage playgroups, guide interactions, monitor behaviors in real time, and evaluate each dog’s ability to safely participate in group play.
What that means for your pup
- Careful observation before and during group participation
- Safer placement based on behavior, comfort level, energy, and play style
- Constant supervision and guidance from trained handlers
- Policies designed around the safety of all pups
- Parents are notified if a dog cannot safely remain in group play
To maintain a safe and positive environment for every dog, we follow clear behavioral standards:
Not every dog is equipped to handle an open-play dog daycare environment, and that is okay.
Unfortunately, not every dog is equipped to handle our open play environment. Some behaviors that may result in not passing the evaluation include excessive fearfulness, snapping, repeat mounting, resource guarding, aggression toward other dogs or staff, and other behaviors perceived as dangerous for group play.
Behaviors that may result in failing
Excessive fearfulness, snapping, repeat mounting, resource guarding, aggression of any kind toward other dogs or staff, and other behaviors perceived as dangerous for group play may result in removal from group participation.
How redirection and expulsion work
Our procedures for expulsion include, but are not limited to, verbally and physically redirecting the dog’s attention, keeping them on a lead for up to 5 minutes, and/or three 10 minute kennel time outs for repeat offenders. If a dog is still acting out, they are removed from group and parents will be notified.
We thank you in advance for understanding our policies and procedures, as the safety of all the pups is our number one priority.
Love your pup? Compare dog daycare and boarding facilities with confidence.
We encourage pawrents to investigate facilities carefully. Tour the space, ask how safety procedures, evaluations, grouping, supervision, ventilation, and cleaning are handled, and compare with confidence before making your decision.
Use both comparison tools when visiting other dog daycare and boarding facilities.

Wag’n World is a cage-free, open-play environment. That means your dog gets to play, run, and socialize — but just like sending your child to school, it comes with risks. Despite our cleaning, supervision, and safety practices, your dog may still:
Catch a communicable illness (like common colds, kennel cough or parasites).
Get minor injuries (like scratches, broken nails, sore pads, or grooming-related nicks if their coat is matted).
We take every precaution possible, but no dog daycare in the world can eliminate these risks entirely. By enrolling and eletronically signing your pet owner agreement, you’re acknowledging and accepting these possibilities in exchange for the social, mental, and physical benefits of daycare, overnight boarding and grooming at Wag’n World.
Communicable diseases such as kennel cough, common colds and parasites are not something created within any dog care facilities. With all the dogs passing through our doors each day, we can only control the measures outlined above to minimize risks. While proper ventilation and air filtration significantly improve overall air quality, they cannot fully eliminate the possibility of airborne illnesses.
At Wag’n World, we take pride in operating state-of-the-art facilities equipped with advanced ventilation and air systems that meet and exceed the standards set by the City of Houston for our building size and occupancy. Our investment in high-end infrastructure reflects our commitment to providing the safest and healthiest environment possible for every dog in our care.
