Updated Grooming Hair Length Categories

We are wanting to announce an update to our Grooming prices. After much discussion, a new category for hair length has been added. This is to fairly compensate our Groomers for the additional time, effort, and wear on tools when longer hair lengths are requested. Most parents will not see an increase in price unless you are looking for a haircut that is longer than 3/4 inch. 

To clarify, the new hair length categories are as follows: 

  • Smooth Coat - Short, single coat that lays close to the body

  • Short Hair - Length that is up to 1/2 inch after the grooming service is complete

  • Mid Hair - Length that is up to 3/4 inch after the grooming service is complete

  • Long Hair - Length that is up to 1 inch after the grooming service is complete

We are also excited to announce the addition of a "Paw & Nose Balm" and "Blueberry Facial" as add ons for our Grooming services!

Wag’n World 5th Annual Donation Drive!

Wag’n World’s 5th annual blanket and food drive will take place from November 1st to November 30th. All donations will be taken to the Harris County Pets Animal Shelter. Drop off food and blankets for both cats and dogs at our Montrose or Heights facility. The list of items the shelter is in need of are as followed:

  • Cat & kitten food (dry & canned)

  • Cat toys or enrichment items

  • Cat beds (small & washable, NO large dog beds)

  • Cat treats

  • Blankets (small fleece blankets are preferred)

  • Dog & puppy food (dry & canned)

  • Dog treats

  • Pet training pads or "pee" pads

  • Bath mats and bath towels (must be clean)

  • Peanut butter - creamy only, can not contain xylitol or birch sugar

  • Bleach and Laundry Detergent

  • Electric heating pads

  • Newspaper

  • Hand sanitizer

WE REPEAT! IF YOUR PUP HAS PASSED AN EVALUATION AT EITHER LOCATION, YOU ARE ABLE TO USE BOTH THE MONTROSE LOCATION AND THE HEIGHTS LOCATION FOR ANY OF YOUR PUPS NEEDS!!!! (Daycare, Boarding, and Grooming)

With summer time numbers rising both in temperature and pups visiting Wag'n World, please get your reservations in. If your "Home Base Location" is fully booked, try the other location that is under 5 miles away! 

We hope this clears up any confusion and cannot wait to see you and your pup this summer! :)
